Ventriculografía nuclear - Results

Valores normales:

Los resultados normales indican que la función de expulsión del corazón es normal. El examen puede verificar la fuerza general de expulsión del corazón (fracción de eyección). Un valor normal está por encima de 55%.

El examen también puede verificar el movimiento de las partes individuales del corazón. Si una parte del corazón se está moviendo en forma deficiente mientras que las otras se mueven bien, esto puede significar que hay una obstrucción en la arteria del corazón que lleva sangre a la parte dañada.

Significado de los resultados anormales:

Los resultados anormales pueden indicar:

  • Obstrucciones en las arterias coronarias (arteriopatía coronaria)
  • Valvulopatía cardíaca
  • Otros trastornos cardíacos que debilitan el funcionamiento del corazón
  • Ataque cardíaco previo (infarto del miocardio)
  • Función de bombeo deficiente
