  • Molestia

  • Infección localizada (un riesgo cada vez que la piel se lesiona)

  • Sangrado excesivo

Nota: algunas personas con trastornos óseos presentan también trastornos de coagulación sanguínea, de tal manera que los riesgos de sangrado pueden ser mayores.

Consideraciones especiales:

Los signos de infección ósea (uno de los riesgos más graves) son, entre otros: fiebre, dolor de cabeza, dolor con el movimiento, enrojecimiento e hinchazón de los tejidos que se encuentran alrededor del sitio donde se realizó la biopsia, y drenaje de pus desde esta área. Si esto ocurre, se debe buscar atención médica.
