Trasplante de cabello - Recovery

Expectativas después de la cirugía:

La mayoría de los trasplantes modernos de cabellos dan como resultado excelente crecimiento del cabello al cabo de algunos meses después del procedimiento. Sin embargo, con frecuencia, se requiere de más de una sesión de tratamiento para obtener los resultados de la mejor apariencia.

Los cabellos reemplazados generalmente son permanentes y no se necesitan cuidados a largo plazo.

Convalecencia:

El cuero cabelludo es a menudo muy sensible durante el período de recuperación después de la cirugía y es posible que sea necesario tomar analgésicos fuertes por vía oral durante algunos días.

Durante al menos un día o dos, usted tiene que utilizar un apósito quirúrgico voluminoso o, algunas veces, un apósito más pequeño protegido por una gorra de beisbolista. Algunos cirujanos también pueden recomendar antibióticos o antinflamatorios durante algunos días después de la cirugía.

Después de este muy breve período de recuperación, no se necesita ningún tratamiento especial.
