Prevención:

Siempre se les debe comentar a todos los médicos qué medicamentos está tomando la persona. A los pacientes que toman triptanos con ISRS e ISRSN se les debe hacer un seguimiento cuidadoso, en especial inmediatamente después de iniciar un medicamento o incrementar su dosis.
