Una dieta saludable y el ejercicio regular pueden ayudar a prevenir el aumento de peso. Se recomienda incrementar la actividad diaria. Asimismo, se aconseja tomar las escaleras en lugar del ascensor, o caminar en lugar de conducir, cuando sea posible.
