Hidropesía fetal - Síntomas

Síntomas:

Los síntomas dependen de la gravedad de la afección. Las formas leves pueden causar:

  • Hinchazón del hígado
  • Palidez

Las formas más severas pueden causar:

  • Problemas respiratorios
  • Hematomas o manchas similares a hematomas y de color púrpura en la piel
  • Insuficiencia cardíaca
  • Anemia severa
  • Ictericia severa
  • Hinchazón total del cuerpo

Signos y exámenes:

Una ecografía realizada durante el embarazo puede mostrar:

  • Cantidades altas de líquido amniótico
  • Placenta anormalmente grande
  • Líquido que lleva a hinchazón en los órganos y el área del vientre del bebé nonato, incluyendo el hígado, el bazo, el corazón o el área pulmonar

Se llevarán a cabo una amniocentesis y ecografías frecuentes para determinar la gravedad de la afección.
