  • Impotencia.
  • Problemas para vaciar la vejiga. Usted puede necesitar que le coloquen una sonda de Foley para vaciar la vejiga durante un corto período de tiempo.
  • Los problemas poco comunes son las úlceras (llagas) o fístulas (aberturas) en el recto, cicatrización y estrechamiento de la uretra (el conducto que saca la orina desde la vejiga hacia fuera del cuerpo).
  • Urgencia rectal, o la sensación de que necesita tener una deposición de inmediato.
  • Irritación cutánea en el recto o sangrado proveniente de éste.
