El signo de Nikolsky es una condición causada por una infección por estafilococos en la cual las capas superficiales de la piel se desprenden de las capas inferiores al friccionarlas con una presión leve. Extensas áreas de la piel se ampollan y se despellejan dejando al descubierto áreas húmedas, rojas y dolorosas.
