La regurgitación tricuspídea es un trastorno que involucra el retorno de la sangre desde el ventrículo derecho a la aurícula derecha durante la contracción del ventrículo derecho. Es causada por un daño producido a la válvula cardíaca tricuspídea o al alargamiento del ventrículo derecho.
