< Atras La inflamación de la enfermedad de Crohn casi siempre se localiza en la región íleocecal. Esta región se compone de las últimas pulgadas del intestino delgado (íleon) que desplaza el alimento en digestión a la porción inicial del intestino grueso (ciego).
