Signos de escoliosis

Se puede tener sospechas de escoliosis cuando un hombro aparece más alto que el otro, cuando hay una curvatura en la columna o cuando la pelvis parece estar inclinada. El tratamiento para la escoliosis puede implicar el uso de un corsé o la práctica de una cirugía y está determinado por la causa de la escoliosis, el tamaño y localización de la curvatura y la etapa de crecimiento óseo del paciente.
