Uso apropiado de casco para bicicleta

Los cascos pueden salvar vidas y prevenir trauma, pero sólo si se usan de la manera apropiada. Un casco se debe llevar firmemente puesto sobre la parte superior de la cabeza, cubriendo la parte superior de la frente. Las carrilleras se deben apretar y el casco se debe ajustar de tal manera que quede ceñido y cómodo. El casco no se debe mover de lado a lado ni de adelante hacia atrás. La mayoría de los cascos vienen con almohadillas removibles, de tal manera que se pueden acomodar para que ajusten bien en cualquier niño.
