Neumonía:

La neumonía es una infección de los pulmones ocasionada por una infección. Esta condición puede ser ocasionada por muchos diferentes organismos entre los cuales se incluyen las bacterias, los virus y los hongos. La neumonía es una enfermedad común que afecta a millones de personas en los Estados Unidos anualmente y sus síntomas fluctúan entre muy leves y muy severos e incluso fatales. La severidad de esta condición depende del tipo de organismo que la ocasione, de la edad y de la salud subyacente de la persona afectada.
