Epidermólisis bullosa distrófica dominante

Este paciente presenta lesiones cutáneas ubicadas sobre las articulaciones interfalángicas de los dedos de las manos y de los pies. Esta condición hereditaria, denominada epidermólisis bulosa distrófica, causa la aparición de ampollas de color rojo que se rompen, exudan, forman costras y finalmente cicatrizan.
