El síndrome de nevo de células basales es un trastorno hereditario que hace al paciente proclive a desarrollar varios carcinomas de células basales, con mayor frecuencia alrededor de los ojos y la nariz, por motivos desconocidos. Aquí, las lesiones son pápulas levemente más grandes que la punta de un alfiler, localizadas en el párpado.
