Desgarros de menisco

El desgarro de menisco es una lesión del cartílago que absorbe impactos en la rodilla. El menisco es un cartílago fibroso en forma de C que se encuentra en ciertas articulaciones, formando un cojinete entre los huesos. El menisco también sirve como sistema de absorción de impactos, ayuda a la lubricación de la articulación y limita la flexión y extensión de la articulación.
