Reparación quirúrgica del tímpano - Serie

Procedimiento:

El cirujano injerta un pequeño parche de la fascia del músculo de la frente (temporalis) en el tímpano para reparar la ruptura, mientras el paciente se encuentra profundamente dormido y sin dolor (bajo anestesia general). En los casos de problemas con los huesos pequeños (huesecillos), el cirujano utiliza un microscopio para observar y reparar la cadena de huesos pequeños utilizando dispositivos plásticos o huesecillos de un donante.
