Cuidados postoperatorios

Es probable que el niño deba permanecer en el hospital durante varios días. La dilatación del nuevo ano (para mejorar el tono del músculo y prevenir un estrechamiento) comienza en el hospital y continúa durante algunos meses. Se debe llevar una dieta alta en residuos y utilizar reblandecedores de heces de manera continua durante la niñez.
