Reparación quirúrgica del túnel carpiano - Serie

Cuidados postoperatorios:

Generalmente, esta cirugía produce muy buenos resultados en aliviar los síntomas. El hormigueo o adormecimiento que se presenta después de la cirugía se debe, frecuentemente, a daños en el nervio. Se puede utilizar una tablilla para reducir el movimiento de la muñeca. Esta cirugía se practica usualmente como procedimiento ambulatorio. La recuperación completa toma aproximadamente cuatro semanas.
