Lobectomía pulmonar - Serie

Anatomía normal:

Los pulmones están formados por lóbulos. El pulmón derecho tiene un lóbulo superior, un lóbulo medio y un lóbulo inferior. El pulmón izquierdo tiene un lóbulo superior y uno inferior.
