Procedimiento

El abdomen se llena con aire para facilitar la visualización de los órganos de la cavidad abdominal. Se introduce el laparoscopio para poder observar el área. Se pueden insertar instrumentos a través del laparoscopio para obtener muestras de tejido o para realizar ciertos procedimientos quirúrgicos. Después de la laparoscopia, se deja salir el gas y se sutura la incisión.
