Incisión

Se necesita cirugía para corregir la acalasia cuando ésta se produce nuevamente después de la dilatación con el balón.

La cirugía se puede realizar por medio de una laparoscopia, que consiste de una serie de pequeñas incisiones en la parte superior del abdomen por donde el cirujano introduce una cámara larga y angosta, además de instrumentos quirúrgicos.
