Conteo de glóbulos blancos - Serie

Indicaciones:

La prueba de conteo de glóbulos blancos (GB) mide dos cosas: el número total de glóbulos blancos (leucocitos) y la cuenta diferencial. La cuenta diferencial mide los porcentajes de cada tipo de leucocito. Los glóbulos blancos están compuestos de granulocitos (neutrófilos, eosinófilos y basófilos) y no granulocitos (linfocitos y monocitos).

Los glóbulos blancos (GB) son un componente principal del sistema inmunológico del cuerpo.

El conteo de glóbulos blancos puede indicar enfermedades infecciosas e inflamatorias, leucemia, linfoma y trastornos de la médula ósea.
