Cirugía de derivación arterial periférica - Serie

Incisión:

La cirugía de derivación arterial periférica se requiere para las lesiones ateroscleróticas en las arterias de la pierna. Esta cirugía comprende el uso de un injerto de vena (vena safena), tomada de la misma pierna y la sutura de la vena a la arteria para rodear el bloqueo. Se hace una incisión en la parte interior de la pierna desde la ingle hasta debajo de la rodilla, mientras se suministra anestesia general o espinal al paciente.
