Reconstrucción de seno - Serie

Incisión:

La reconstrucción del seno después de la mastectomía se le realiza a algunas pacientes que han tenido tumores bien pequeños o que se han sometido a una mastectomía bilateral profiláctica (preventiva). Lo primero que se hace es extraer tejido de la parte inferior del abdomen, incluyendo la piel, el músculo y los vasos sanguíneos; esto se denomina colgajo TRAM.
