Divertículo de colon - Serie

Incisión:

El tratamiento de la diverticulitis y sangrado diverticular involucra la extirpación quirúrgica del segmento de colon que contiene el divertículo. Se hace una incisión en la línea media del abdomen, mientras el paciente se encuentra profundamente dormido y sin sentir dolor (bajo anestesia general).
