Uso del medidor de flujo espiratorio máximo (Séptima parte):

Determinar cuál zona corresponde con el puntaje más alto. Seguir el plan que se desarrolló junto con el médico para la zona apropiada.

Si el mejor esfuerzo se encuentra en la zona roja, tomar de manera inmediata el medicamento de alivio y llamar al médico o acudir a una sala de urgencias.
