Para hacer girar a una persona se necesitan dos: una persona se ubica junto a la cabeza y la otra al lado de la víctima. La persona que se ubica al lado coloca una mano en el hombro de la víctima y la otra sobre el área del muslo de la víctima, mientras que la persona ubicada junto a la cabeza de la víctima estabiliza la cabeza y el cuello, de tal forma que estas dos partes no se doblen, muevan ni tuerzan en ninguna dirección
