1. Colocar al bebé boca arriba y sostenerle la cabeza, utilizando el muslo o el regazo para apoyarse.
2. Colocar dos dedos de la mano en la mitad del esternón del bebé justo por debajo de los pezones.
3. Dar hasta 5 compresiones hacia abajo, hundiendo el pecho entre un tercio y la mitad de su profundidad.
4. Continuar con la serie de 5 golpes en la espalda y 5 compresiones en el pecho hasta que el objeto sea desalojado o el bebé pierda el conocimiento.
