Ligamento cruzado anterior reparacin - serie

Procedimiento: 2a parte:

Se retira el ligamento viejo utilizando un "shaver" u otros instrumentos. Se hacen los túneles en el hueso para colocar el nuevo ligamento (injerto rotuliano) en la rodilla a la altura del sitio del LCA viejo. Para asegurar el injerto en los túneles de los huesos comúnmente se emplean tornillos, aunque también se usan otros métodos de fijación, dependiendo del tipo de injerto utilizado.
