Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences
Dr. Im is a board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in glaucoma. She is an assistant professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
She received her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh and completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Eye Center. This was followed by a prestigious fellowship in glaucoma at the Duke University Eye Center.
Dr. Im specializes in the evaluation and treatment of adult glaucoma. She has experience in medical, laser and surgical management of all forms of glaucoma. Dr. Im is committed to early diagnosis of the disease and prevention of glaucoma-related vision loss.
