Dr. Sonal Wadhwa is a board certified ophthalmologist and clinical assistant professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. In 1996, Dr. Wadhwa received her B.A. in Biology from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She then received her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine in 2000.
Dr. Wadhwa completed a medical internship and residency in ophthalmology at the George Washington University. She then received further specialized training by successfully completing a fellowship in glaucoma in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
