17 UM Doctors Make Baltimore Magazine's 2009 "Top Doctors" List

UMMC dermatologist Dr. Anthony Gaspari is profiled in Baltimore Magazine's Top Doctors feature "Saving Tree Man: A University of Maryland doc unravels the mystery of an Indonesian villager's bark-like skin."

A total of 17 University of Maryland doctors, all members of the UM School of Medicine faculty, were selected in Baltimore Magazine's 2009 list of Top Doctors. These doctors are listed below by specialty.

The results are based on a Baltimore Magazine survey of more than 2,000 randomly selected physicians in the Baltimore area -- including Baltimore City and the surrounding five counties -- asking where they would send a member of their family in each of 76 specialties. All doctors who made the list are currently accepting new patients.
