REPORT IT is a third-party anonymous hotline that allows you to report illegal or unethical actions by phone or via the internet 24/7.

To Submit an Anonymous Report Online

Call the toll-free hotline number at 1-877-300-DUTY (3889)
Provide the Username UMMC and the Password UMMC
A trained operator will ask you a series of questions

Enter Username UMMC and Password UMMC and click on report it now
Read through the information and under the "Terms of the Service" and click on I Accept and Agree
Create and submit your detailed report by following the instructions provided
