Childhood Hip Disease

In this video University of Maryland Orthopaedic Surgeon Theodore Manson M.D. discusses childhood hip disease. Patients with childhood hip disease often have developmental abnormalities that cause the hips essentially to wear out faster than normal and sometimes need hip replacements when they are fairly young, in their 20s, 40s and 50s. Dr. Manson also talks about his elective practice for hip and knee replacement at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center.
