Heart and Lung Transplant Education and Support Group

UMMC's Heart and Heart Surgery Program ranked as one of the nation's 50 best by U.S. News & World Report's 2010 "Best Hospitals" survey.

The transplant social workers coordinate an education and support group for all organ transplant recipients : kidney, pancreas, liver, heart and lung. Patients and families are invited. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, from September through May, at 5 PM. Please contact your organ transplant social worker for details.
