Division of Hematology/Oncology

The Division of Hematology/Oncology offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment for inpatients and outpatients, in addition to home-based supportive care.

The multidisciplinary approach combines the services of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and surgeons at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center, and offers specialty nursing and psychosocial support services. The division has one of the most prominent leukemia services in the nation and has initiated a Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program.
