This class will be taught by a nurse and/or pharmacist certified by the American Lung Association to teach their Freedom from Smoking® course. The program focuses on creating a positive behavior change using group support to become a non-smoker. You are welcome to use nicotine replacement therapy from your healthcare provider while taking the course.

You do not need to quit the first day!

When: Tuesdays (for 8 weeks)
Time: 12-1 pm
Where: UMMC Patient Resource Center, 1st floor of the Weinberg Building
Cost: Free
Who: Any Smoker over 18 years of age
Bring: Yourself (You may also bring your lunch)
