Lung Transplant Program

Heart and Lung Transplant Education and Support Group

The transplant social workers coordinate an education and support group for all organ transplant recipients : kidney, pancreas, liver, heart and lung. Patients and families are invited. We meet on the 3^rd Tuesday of the month, from September through May, at 5 PM. Please contact your organ transplant social worker for details.
