Overview:

This three-minute video chronicles a 25-story "Leap of Faith" by Dr. Matthew Cooper, associate professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and director of kidney transplantation and clinical research for the Division of Transplantation at the University of Maryland Medical Center. As a transplant surgeon, Dr. Cooper participated in this event to help raise support and awareness for the National Kidney Foundation (NKF).

Before taking the giant leap, Dr. Cooper is shown receiving a brief tutorial of the equipment necessary for him to complete his adventure in a safe and cautious manner. After the tutorial ends, Dr. Cooper is set up in his harness and begins to rappel down the side of the Legg Mason building in Baltimore's scenic Harbor East neighborhood.
