Overview:

The Adolescent Special Teens At-Risk, Together Reaching Access, Care and Knowledge (STAR TRACK) Program offers outreach, education and prevention services to youth, young adults and their communities in Baltimore City. It is an interdisciplinary program within the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine designed to address the complicated needs of adolescents who are infected with HIV.

In this six-minute video, staff members John Flannery, Chakeisha Dickens and Mayo McClinton talk about their roles in the STAR TRACK program and how the services offered by the program benefit communities throughout Baltimore City.
