Playlists: radiology patient care mri letter customer service claustrophobia
This letter was written to UMMC from a wife who's husband suffers from severe claustrophobia and needed an MRI. His surgeon's PA recommended IV sedation with the MRI, which they did not realize was an option. She gives thanks to the entire radiology staff, and a special thanks to Kathy Marshall and Deb Schofield, who exceeded her customer service expectations.
