In this video, Mi Ji Kim, who attended the 2011 UMMS NICU Reunion with her twin daughters Hope and Faith Chang, talks about her NICU experience. Her daughters were born here seven years ago, and one of her daughters was in the NICU follow-up program due to a rare genetic disorder. Kim says the program was a lifeline for her family because of the multidisciplinary care her daughter received. The whole experience inspired Kim to go back to school to purse a degree in early childhood development.
