After suffering from the symptoms of endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain for over 20 years, Tanya Parker came to the University of Maryland Medical Center to seek treatment from Dr. Vadim Morozov after several other doctors told her she needed to have an open hysterectomy. She was looking for a more minimally invasive approach to surgery in order to have a quicker recovery and a shorter hospital stay. In this video, Tanya explains how the surgery relieved her symptoms and greatly improved her quality of life.
