In this three-minute video, participants in the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center's "Trauma Survivors Network" provide advice for individuals who may currently be recovering from a traumatic injury. Trauma survivors David Sotor, Sunshine King, Chris Livelsberger, Jeff Miklaszewski and JR Black appear in this video to talk about their own experiences recovering from traumatic injury and to assist other trauma survivors who may feel overwhelmed by the intense recovery process.
