In this special "Your Health" show, world-class sailor, America's cup winner and Marylander Gary Jobson shares his personal story about his battle with lymphoma.
Jobson's physician, Dr. Aaron Rapoport, director of hematology at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center, talks about treatments for lymphoma ranging from chemotherapy to blood stem cell transplants.
Dr. Rapoport, who is also professor of medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, will also talk about lymphoma research, including using the body’s own immune system to fight cancer.
