Myasthenia gravis is a condition that is often misdiagnosed. At the University of Maryland Myasthenia Gravis Center -- located in the Neurology Clinic at 16 S. Eutaw Street -- we provide a multidisciplinary treatment approach.

Patients start by seeing one of our neuromuscular specialists, who decide on the best course of treatment and any tests needed to confirm the diagnosis. Patients also see a thoracic surgeon.

We offer a neurology run infusion center staffed by neuromuscular specialists. Our physicians and staff have years of experience working with myasthenia gravis patients.

Our multidisciplinary team comprises the following specialists:

Myasthenia gravis patients also benefit from the facilities and resources of the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC), one of the region's largest academic teaching hospitals.
