The University of Maryland Vascular Center includes nationally and internationally recognized surgeons who offer patients advanced minimally invasive treatment techniques whenever possible. Minimally invasive techniques have become a very important part of modern vascular surgery, and we are committed to its growth when it benefits our patients.

Covered stent repair of carotid pathology, including pseudoaneurysms
Renal artery angioplasty and stenting for renal artery stenosis
Mesenteric artery angioplasty and stenting for mesenteric artery stenosis
Peripheral artery angioplasty and stenting for lower extremity vascular disease
Peripheral artery cryoplasty for lower extremity vascular disease
Covered stent repair of peripheral artery pathology, including pseudoaneurysms and control of bleeding
