who offer patients advanced minimally invasive treatment techniques whenever possible. Minimally invasive techniques have become a very important part of modern vascular surgery, and we are committed to its growth when it benefits our patients.
Minimally invasive treatments include:

aortic and iliac artery aneurysms

including traumatic transection of the aorta
- Arterial embolization for anueurysms, pseudoaneurysms, and control of bleeding
- Carotid artery angioplasty and stenting for blockages of the carotid arteries
- Covered stent repair of carotid pathology, including pseudoaneurysms
- Renal artery angioplasty and stenting for renal artery stenosis
- Mesenteric artery angioplasty and stenting for mesenteric artery stenosis
- Peripheral artery angioplasty and stenting for lower extremity vascular
disease
- Peripheral artery cryoplasty for lower extremity vascular disease
- Covered stent repair of peripheral artery pathology, including pseudoaneurysms
and control of bleeding
- Covered stent repair for peripheral vascular injuries
- Venous angioplasty and stenting for venous occlusive disease
- Covered stent repair of arteriovenous fistulae
- IVC filtration for the prevention of pulmonary embolism, including percutaneous
IVC filter placement and percutaneous placement of removable IVC filters
- Bedside placement of IVC filters to avoid moving an unstable patient
