Research Education

Literature Review Classes are free and available online from the Health Sciences and Human Services Library at http://www.hshsl.umaryland.edu/. Click on Faculty, Staff and Students and then on Education & Training in the lower part of the menu on the left.

Education on various elements of research and human subject protection is available from the University of Maryland School of Medicine's Human Research Protection Office throughout the academic year. Click here for schedule.

This is a series of one-hour lectures focusing on research and evidence-based practice, specific to the needs and interests of the clinical staff. The sessions will provide practical hands-on information to help clinicians with research and evidence-based practice projects. Sessions are offered free of charge. Contact the Professional Development office at x. 8-6257 to register. Sessions are scheduled 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the 1st floor Weinberg classrooms.
