Dr Brahim completed Dental School at Catholic University in Arequipa Peru, followed by training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and an M.S at the University of Maryland Dental School and Hospital. Dr Brahim worked at the National Institutes of health (NIH) for the last 24 years as their Senior Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. Dr Brahim has over 50 publications, and has lectured nationally and internationally.
Dr Brahim is an examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, In addition he is the Director of the clinical research unit, and director of the undergraduate program. Dr Brahim is devoted to teach oral and maxillofacial surgery to undergraduate and graduate students.
Dr Brahim practices the contemporary scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. His clinical interest include, dental alveolar surgery, wisdom teeth, dental implants, surgical management of the medical compromised patients. And the development of clinical research.
John F. Caccamese, Jr., D.M.D., M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Caccamese returns to Maryland from the University of Pittsburgh where he completed a fellowship in cleft, craniofacial and pediatric maxillofacial surgery. In addition to trauma, dentoalveolar surgery, and craniofacial reconstruction, Dr. Caccamese maintains a clinical focus on the care of the pediatric patient. This includes the recontruction of congenital facial anomalies, cleft lip and palate, pediatric trauma, pediatric pathology, and orthognathic surgery.
Apart from his appointment at the dental school, Dr. Caccamese also serves on the Kernan Hospital Cleft and Craniofacial team. Dr. Caccamese is committed to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level, as well as on a local and national level. He lives in the Baltimore area with his wife and children.
Robert A. Ord, D.D.S., M.D., F.R.C.S., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Ord's main interest is in surgical oncology of the head and neck (i.e. management of tumors of the head and neck.) Most of his surgeries are related to cancer of the oral cavity, jaws, sinuses and salivary glands. In addition he has an interest in benign tumors of this region and reconstruction of the jaws and oral cavity. He has an ongoing interest in basic science and clinical research in head and neck malignancy. He is also active in chemoprevention trials for premalignant lesions.
Dr. Ord has a heavy commitment to graduate teaching at the residency and Fellowship level. In addition, he lectures widely at National and International Meetings. He is an Examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and the University of Singapore.
He has published over 85 scientific papers, 25 plus book chapters, co-edited a book Oral Cancer, The Dentist's Role in Diagnosis, Management Rehabilitation and Prevention. He is the Oncology Section Editor for the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, on the Editorial Board of the European Journal of Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery, Oncology Section, as well as the Pan American Journal of Trauma.
Andrew Salama, D.D.S., M.D.

Dr. Salama, a Baltimore native, joined the faculty at the University of Maryland Medical Center following the completion of a fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Oncology and Reconstruction. His primary clinical interests are treatment of head and neck malignancies and tumors, microvascular reconstruction and craniofacial trauma. He also performs dentoalveolar surgery, including wisdom teeth, dental implants and orthognathic (corrective jaw surgery).
He has a commitment to teaching on many levels. He is the Director of the Microvascular Teaching Laboratory at the UM Dental School. His current clinical research involves evaluating tongue motion and speech following reconstructive surgery and developing novel chemo-preventive medications for oral cancer.
He has published articles in several peer review journals and has traveled nationally and internationally to present abstracts and research.
Gary Warburton, D.D.S., M.D., F.D.S.R.C.S.

Dr. Warburton trained in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in the United Kingdom, and completed his training at the University of Maryland Medical Center and the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center.
Prior to coming to the University of Maryland Medical Center, he earned his dental surgery and medical degrees from Manchester University in the United Kingdom, where he obtained numerous academic honors and awards including the Alpha Omega Prize for Clinical Excellence. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. In addition to his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, he has completed a Fellowship in Clinical Research at the National Institutes of Health, and has numerous publications. He holds a Faculty appointment at the University of Maryland Medical Center, and he is the Chief of Maxillofacial Trauma at Sinai Hospital. He is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Maryland Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. Warburton's clinical interests include facial cosmetic surgery, dental implantology, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma, and the surgical management of temporomandibular joint disease.
